A beautiful hand printed abstract pattern on a white background, with a contrasting edge trim makes a great statement to this perfect beach sarong.
Each unique sarong is handmade by skilled artisans using a soft, lightweight natural rayon voile. Batic printing had been used to make the wonderful design. The sarong can be worn in a variety of ways - as a sarong tied in many different ways, as wrap to keep sun off your shoulders or the chill an evening breeze can bring.... a scarf or even a dress.
Rayon is a natural fabric made from wood pulp or tree pulp.. that creates a soft natural lighter fabric .. It is used right across Indonesia as it’s lighter than cotton and hangs in a better way. It breaths and is ideal for hot and humid climates as it is cool to wear and there are plenty of resources on the islands.
The rayon is made to order in ecru in lengths of 200 yards and dyed by hand block or hand screen printed . The fabric is washed and dried in the sunshine. No machines are used as they are too harsh on the lovely soft fabric.
The Sarongs are light and breathable and totally natural.
Hand wash or machine washed at 30°
Do not tumble dry, air naturally
Iron if necessary
